Yan Li is a dedicated Chinese tea culture expert who has made it her mission to share this rich tradition with communities since 2016. Through her initiative, Yan’s Tea, she has hosted numerous traditional tea ceremonies in Toledo, Ohio, introducing hundreds of participants to authentic Chinese tea culture. Her community-focused work naturally aligned with our mission, leading her to join our association and integrate Yan’s Tea into our cultural programs.

Since relocating to Rochester Hills two years ago, Yan has expanded her cultural outreach across Michigan, bringing Chinese tea ceremonies and appreciation events to diverse venues including schools, libraries, corporate spaces, theaters, city halls, golf courses, and summer camps. Her commitment to sharing Chinese cultural heritage continues to enrich communities throughout the region.
