What should I do if I don't receive my activation email?
The activation email will be sent within 5 minutes after registration. Please verify your email address was entered correctly. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check the spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received the activation email after 30 minutes, please contact us through our contact page or email us at bethelightassociation@gmail.com with your full name used in registration.
What will I see in my profile after logging in for the first time?
Your profile will include your basic information: username, full name, and email address. Volunteer hours and activities will appear once your volunteer record has been verified.
Why I cannot see my volunteer hours and activities update?
Updates to volunteer hours take place within one week after each volunteering session. To ensure you’re seeing the most current information, please make sure to clear your device’s cache.
